Romich Holdings is a growing private company incorporated in the province of British Columbia. The company acquires revenue-generating properties in which they place a leading-edge healthcare centre that occupies not more than 25% of the total space, to act as an anchor tenant for the building.

Romich Holdings’ first project was the acquisition of a property in Scottsdale, Arizona, and its second was the acquisition and development of a commercial building called Romich Plaza on Roper Avenue in White Rock, British Columbia. Romich Plaza is fully leased, and is home to the first location of Southern Health Centre, which opened in 2003.
